Bhairavi Sharma, a multi-faceted healer, has dedicated over eight years to practicing Tarot Reading, Spiritual and REIKI Healing, and guiding people through the Law of Attraction and Manifestation. She seamlessly integrates spirituality into her life, from tarot readings to energized bracelets and house cleansing rituals. Recently, Bhairavi expanded into Art Therapy, creating symbolic paintings using sacred items from powerful temples. Her journey into painting began in childhood, finding solace in art during times of loneliness and bullying, influenced by her elder sisters’ artistic talents.

For Bhairavi, spirituality is a lifestyle, infusing every aspect of her work. Her mantra-chanted, divinely infused paintings serve as therapeutic tools for health, love, career, and financial issues. Bhairavi’s personal collection of blessed items and disciplined spiritual practice ensure the purity and potency of her healing artworks. Through her art, she offers clients a tangible connection to divine energies, making spirituality accessible and transformative. Here are the interview excerpts:

  • Can you share the inspiration behind your journey into painting and how it led you to integrate spirituality into your artwork?

Bhairavi Sharma: It is rightly said that when you are chosen for the path of healing others, you first have to go through a lot of darkness yourself in order to understand the importance of Light in your own life and the life of others. I was a lonely side-cornered child at school and also someone who was constantly bullied at school for different reasons. My only friends were books, colors and brushes. While the others played with each other, I preferred reading, writing and painting to let my emotions out. Also, both of my elder sisters loved sketching, painting and art and glimpses of their artwork inspired me towards the journey of painting.

When it comes to your question of what made me integrate spirituality into my artwork, well, spirituality is in everything that I do. It is not a goal or a subject, but a lifestyle. No one can become spiritual; one is already spiritual. Everything that I do, from my tarot predictions to energized bracelets for my soul children (tarot clients), from Mediumship readings to house cleansing rituals, from REIKI healing to sound therapy, from paintings to writing – everything has come to me during my Sadhana (meditation). Surprisingly, this thought came to me like an inner voice. Even though Jyotirling, Shakti Peeth and other temples are highly populated with devotees, there are still many people who are unable to visit such divine places and experience divinity.

One day during a regular Sadhana, I asked my Mahadev about what can be done to let people experience energy even when they are unable to pay a visit to temples. All of a sudden, a voice told me to bring an iota of the temple’s energy through Art Therapy. The journey started from there.

  • At what point did you realize that your paintings could be used as a therapeutic tool for healing health, money, love, and career issues?

Bhairavi Sharma: When you have done Mantra Siddhi, chanting it on any object fills it with light and the Shakti of that Mantra. The thought of energizing a painting for different purposes came into my mind when I met this beautiful couple in Rishikesh. They are shop-owners and own a shop full of paintings made by a Nepali painter. Unfortunately, their shop was not running well and they wanted my guidance on selling the artwork. While I was going through the paintings there, I saw these beautiful Devi Saraswati and Devi Mahakaali paintings. I had a sudden urge to energize them and give them to those in need.

When I came back home from Rishikesh, I generally pasted a random WhatsApp message on my status about Energized Saraswati and Energized Mahakaali paintings. Within 3 to 4 days, a tarot client and a follower of mine from the US told me that she is interested in both the paintings. After receiving the paintings from Rishikesh, I took about a week’s time to energize both the paintings during proper Tithi. I energized Devi Saraswati’s painting with Saraswati Mantras and Saraswati Jal (water) from Mana Village, which is said to be the last village of our country (although now it has been titled as the first village of India). I have personally collected this Jal from the village during my Badrinath Temple visit in the years 2022 and 2023.

To energize the Mahakaali painting, I enchanted it with certain Gupt Mahakaali Mantras and filled Ma’s forehead with Devi Kamakhya Sindhoor (vermilion), which I got from Kamakhya Temple during my visit there in February this year (2024). After both of these paintings were sent and placed in proper directions, I was told about the magical effects they showed in her house.

The Devi Saraswati Painting brought her son closer to her as he realized the importance of educating himself in the right manner. Devi Mahakaali’s Kamakhya Sindhoor worked in such a way that in a few days, she is actually coming all the way from the US to seek blessings from Ma Kamakhya.

Realizing the importance of energies, during another meditation, I had an inner voice of painting symbols as sometimes symbolism works more in visuals. That’s when I started making symbols with different things that I have collected from various temples.

  • How do you select the spiritual symbols and elements from various temples to incorporate into your paintings? Can you provide an example of a specific symbol and its significance?

Bhairavi Sharma: Understanding the symbols and their uses is very important and the knowledge is vast. It takes me time to understand the follower’s situation before I give them anything at all (even if it is a mere sacred energized thread for the problem they consult me). Working with Mantras and energies is beautiful, but it is risky too as you cannot do anything just like that.

I meditate on the situation that has been put forward to me at my altar and there’s this voice that comes to me in my heart and I follow that voice. For an instance, a soul daughter of mine wanted something for the health of her parents. She asked me if I could do something about it and I meditated on this. My inner voice told to make something related to Mahadev, as the Mahamrityunjay Jaap is very close to my heart, and it has genuinely helped many of my soul children. So, I did.

She took a painting from me with a Tripundra made with the actual Ghee scraped from Kedarnath Jyotirling in Uttarakhand mixed in white paint. I then energized the painting with the help of Mahamrityunjay Jaap. She gifted this to her parents and there has been a significant improvement specifically in her father’s health, since then.

Another painting is of Devi Mahalakshmi’s Charan (feet) made with the Jal (water) from Vishnu Kund in Triyuginarayan Temple below Kedarnath range in Uttarakhand. It also has a special Sindhoor (vermillion) mixed in red paint. I got this Sindhoor (vermilion) from Haridwar. I have personally visited all of these places (mostly by trekking wherever possible) to gather blessed things all on my own. This way, the purity of energy is maintained as I chant most of the times while trekking and follow a Satvik Mindset during the entire process.

  • Can you describe the process you follow when creating a personalized healing painting?

Bhairavi Sharma: I would want to keep the process Gupt or private as it can also be misused by some, but all I can say is that from the time I start painting the base to the time I varnish the paintings, I ensure to chant Mantras related to the symbol of the Deity/God/Goddess/Energy that needs to be invoked and I also make sure to keep my lifestyle in such a way that I don’t hamper the process or the Energies. I keep a close watch on my emotions too while painting as I am directly connecting my energy with the Canvas here.

  • How does your spiritual practice and travel to sacred temples influence the themes and techniques used in your artwork?

Bhairavi Sharma: No doubt there are many websites from where you can purchase the Prasadam, Chunris, incense sticks, Dhoop and other such sacred items from different temples, but effort is what is counted the most in any Divine work. Therefore, on behalf of my followers, I prefer trekking and also keeping certain Mannat (vows) until I get what I want for them.

I still remember a beautiful incident that took place last year (2023) at the Kedarnath Temple with me. One of my soul daughters (tarot clients) from the US consulted me online for guidance after trying to conceive a child for about 2-3 years. After several failed attempts, she wanted some spiritual push. She purchased an energized Kurta (spiritual shirt) from my website and started wearing that for a few days to be blessed with a child. During this period, I went to Kedarnath on foot and for a few of my followers, including this beautiful woman, I took a vow of not combing my hair and allowing the Jata to be formed for my entire journey of temples in Uttarakhand. The whole journey of visiting different temples was of about 10-12 days.

The moment I came out after taking blessings from the Kedarnath Jyotirling, I received a message from this lady from US. She told me she was pregnant and the joy I felt is still pumping hard in my heart and coming out through my eyes. She now has a beautiful daughter, who surely has Indian roots despite being born to western parents. It is not my power or Shakti; I am an ordinary human. It is purely the Shakti of my Mahadev and His blessings.

  • What role do colors play in your paintings, and how do they contribute to the healing process?

Bhairavi Sharma: If you are aware of the existence of Chakras, you might know that each of the seven Chakras in our astral body has its own color. Colors have their own energy. When you look at plants or greenery, your heart is filled with joy. This happens because the color of your Anahat Chakra, which is your Heart Chakra, is green. Thus, you feel overjoyed looking at nature.

The color combination that I use is to trigger your Chakras positively and help you heal through the situation with boosted energies.

  • You mentioned that your paintings are chanted with mantras and offered prayers before being handed over to clients. Can you explain how this ritual enhances the effectiveness of the paintings?

Bhairavi Sharma: This process is called ‘Initiation’, where the healer or the one invoking the energy is supposed to initiate the energy of a specific God/Goddess/Deity into the object you want to energize. There are different Stotram, Mantras and Beej Sounds required to be used for such invocation. The power of Mantras is also respected by Science. I would like to share something that happened just a few days ago.

I and my entire family went to Tryambakeshwar Jyotirling for Darshan during the first few days of Shraavan this year (2024) and when we returned, my father was unable to open the house door. He tried for about fifteen minutes, followed by other members of the house as well. Suddenly, I had an urge to try to open the door. I went near the door, chanted a Mantra of Mahadev (which I cannot disclose due to energy reasons) and turned the key and poof… the door opened like a feather. Again, this was not my energy as I am a mere ordinary human being – it was the energy of the Mantra. When Mantras are recited with a pure heart, they work like magic. They tap into the frequency of the situation and offer their help.

  • What are some common issues or problems that people seek to address through your art therapy, and how have your paintings provided solutions?

Bhairavi Sharma: Firstly, let me tell you that I do not make paintings and stock them. If you would ask for different kinds of paintings from my Art Therapy, I would not be able to provide you with them since I make a painting only when someone has explained their situation to me.

Different people come for different kinds of guidance. However, the most common issues revolve around love, relationships/marriage and career and finances. Another reason I have commonly seen people approaching me for is Black Magic and Nazar Dosh removal and protection.

  • Can you share any success stories or feedback from clients who have experienced significant changes or improvements in their lives due to your paintings?

Bhairavi Sharma: I have already mentioned some incidents of my clients in the questions earlier. I cannot share screenshots due to confidentiality issues as I promise my soul children to keep their issues to me and to carry it all to my pyre.

  • How do you balance the artistic aspects of your work with the spiritual and therapeutic elements?

Bhairavi Sharma: Honestly, whatever it is that I do has a hint of spirituality in it. Like I mentioned earlier, spirituality is not a goal; it is a lifestyle and I strongly stick to it. I like doing what I preach and thus, I follow things before I guide others with the same.

  • You offer a 7 Day Personalized Healing Therapy in Rishikesh. Can you describe how this therapy complements your art and how participants benefit from this combined approach?

Bhairavi Sharma: The 7 Day Personalized Therapy focuses on each Chakra of your astral body. We start with the cleansing of the Mooldhara Chakra (Root Chakra) and till the seventh day, the focus is completely on the Sahasraar Chakra (Crown Chakra). Each day, one Chakra receives REIKI, sound therapy, energized food and other such measures to be cleansed and aligned.

Every day, one affirmation related to the Chakra is given to the receiver of the energy so that he or she is able to surrender to the divine and accept healing. Since every individual’s journey is different, the 7 Day Therapy is customized accordingly as it is an exclusive session and not a group one.

Art in the form of Mantra singing, divine music, writing of affirmation, etc. is used to benefit the individual and help him or her open the suppressed emotions. Just like a doctor has to open the wound sometimes to ooze out all the infection, put the medicine and conduct the process of suturing to ease the pain of the patient, I. with the help of healing energies, trigger the suppressed emotions at times to bring them out and calm them for good. I call this process “Purging of Emotions” or “Bringing them to the Surface.”

  • What future projects or new concepts are you excited about in the field of art therapy and spirituality? Are there any new directions you plan to explore in your work?

Bhairavi Sharma: I am totally in the hands of Shiva and His Shakti (and my Mother Ganga whom I call Ma) and open to receive all the directions that I need to follow to guide, help and heal others. As of now, I offer Tarot Predictions, Messages from the Angels, Pastlife and Mediumship Readings, Aura Reading, REIKI and Sound Healing, Cleansing Rituals for Residential and Commercial Properties, Energized Bracelets and Shirts, Paintings under the term Art Therapy, 7 Day Healing Therapy and so on.

Healing is a lifelong process, but somewhere, it needs to start and I do my best to help people start with their process and guide them all throughout. I am blessed to have people consulting me for more than 7-8 years now and in every happiness and sorrow, I have watched them learn and grow.
